Sartorial Lab is a footwear Brand specialized in MTO subject to the laws of Spain (We operate on the following website: https://sartoriallab.com)

              Sartorial Lab  uses an online platform that allows you to create custom made shoes  


These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of all our design and ordering tools by our direct customers. By using our website or our services, you agree to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions. If the client does not agree with these, Sartorial Lab  .  can not  offer to  the customer  products and services.


The terms and conditions described here are exclusively applicable to the commercial relationship between (hereinafter SL)  and its direct client (hereinafter CLIENT). The commercial relationship between the CLIENT and any other third party  is not subject to these terms and conditions. SL .  will have no responsibility if there is a conflict between  CLIENT and the third parties mentioned above.


We reserve the right, from time to time, to change these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. The current Terms and Conditions will be accepted each time a payment is completed.



SL  will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except for:


Planned maintenance


Unscheduled maintenance caused by force majeure



Transactions paid through our online payment provider: The clients receives payment confirmation when payment details are entered and  the  order process is completed. Orders are automatically released to production WHEN  in a laboral day  payment is confirmed.


Transactions paid by bank transfer or  credit card aceppted  : The payment will be made in EUR and the CLIENT will bear the expenses applied by the bank. The amount transferred to our account must be the same as the one shown on the screen. The order will not start until our bank confirms that the payment has been received. Some times This process can take up to 7 business days.


By submitting the payment for an order, the CLIENT accepts our Terms and Conditions.


To launch a production order and enable shipping, the order  must be paid in full in advance,.



Sartorial Lab is a BRAND  based in Spain. We strictly follow the procedures and billing guidelines that comply with the official regulations of SPAIN and the EU.


All companies based in the EU must provide a valid VAT number to establish a business relationship with SL .


Companies based in Spain and clients from the EU who do not provide a valid VATnumber will be charged  CURRENT VAT, NOW IS 21% tax on all their invoices.    Companies from other countries outside the EU will not be charged any tax on their invoices.



Sartorial Lab explicitly reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason.SL . It also reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations without being responsible for any damages or costs other than the refund of any amount received from the client in connection with the canceled order:


The information provided by the CLIENT is incorrect

Product manufacturing is not feasible

for any reason Payment was not received from the CLIENT

By force majeure


Sartorial Lab can only aceptt  cancellations during the first 24h right after  the purchase . To launch a production order and enable shipping, the order  must be paid in full in advance,so for , in order to protect the client withdrawal right  , WE will  start production  24 h after  purchase , once the cancellation periode its over  and  our bank confirms  payment has been received.


To cancel an order for free , the CLIENT must send an email to info@sartoriallab.com, within the first  24 h after the purchase  , and our team will process the request and issue a refund for the total purchase price of the canceled item.


Further so , Orders ,  that have been in production for more than 24 hours can also be canceled. However, depending on the stage of production the item is in, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the cost of raw material and part-labor . This cancellation fee can be up to 100% of the original order total and will be calculated for each order separately.



Shipping costs will be applied based on the recipient’s location. Shipping rates may vary depending on the type of shipment and the destination. Rates will be calculated automatically at checkout.  Remember  EU free shipping.


Shipments are made under Incoterm DAP (delivery at place ) worldwide  , and will be calculated according to the destination of the shipment:


European Union it will have a cost of €25 if it does not exceed €250 of purchase, if it exceeds the costs they will be free


USA and Australia they will have a cost of €70 if the purchase does not exceed €550, if it exceeds the costs they will be free


Spain it will have a cost of €12 if it does not exceed €150 o purchase, if it exceeds the costs they will be free


Sartorial Lab reserves the right to transfer any additional shipping charges or fees charged by our courier after the order has been delivered for any of the following reasons:


Incorrect or incomplete address /

Change of delivery address /                                                                           

Remote location delivery/                                 

Additional delivery attempts /                                                                       

Package rejected or not delivered after the third attempt

Costs derived from the return of any package not delivered to our warehouse.

Besides SL  will provide a tracking number after the package leaves our warehouse.



Note that the client can use our “group shipping / consolidation” function, by which you can group MTO,S  orders for billing and shipping purposes. Group shipping will help reduce shipping costs per pair.


Orders selected for consolidation will be shipped together. Understandably, some orders are completed earlier than others, so delivery time will depend on the production time required to complete all orders that are consolidated into a shipping batch. Please note that it is not advisable to group many orders as they will all need to be shipped together. A consolidated group of orders can be delayed if any of the orders it contains are delayed.


If for any reason a client needs orders for a consolidation to be shipped separately, there may be a cancellation / modification fee of up to € 70. In addition, the CUSTOMER will bear the adjusted shipping costs corresponding to new shipments.  Free Groups shipping for EU countries



All orders made on sartoriallab.com are MADE TO ORDER, ALL COLLECTION Ordes are manufactured in approximately 5 weeks.   Except Swift Collection orders  which   are made in approximately 2 weeks. In exceptional cases, when more time is required for production, the CLIENT can be contacted.


Sartorial Lab will always aim to deliver orders within its standard production time. However,  will not be liable for any damage or financial loss caused by manufacturing delays or late deliveries, and  will not incur in any type of compensation or discount for the aforementioned causes.



Delivery time for completed orders will depend on the selected shipping method and destination country. It can vary from 2 to 5 days unless it is held in customs for any reason.


Damage may occur during transportation. By default, shipments are covered by standard insurance required by law to the courier company that can provide compensation for lost or damaged merchandise. If additional insurance is desired, the CLIENT must inform SL  in advance.


Upon delivery, inspect the packaging for possible damage. If the products appear to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment. In the event that the package has been accepted, if the Client wishes to report that it has been damaged during shipment, they must contact their local courier office to file a claim within 24-48 hours after receipt of the merchandise. After this period, the CLIENT will not have the right to receive any type of compensation. The CLIENT must provide the name of the person who collected the package, as well as a contact telephone number. Please keep all packaging along with damaged items. Orders are produced and shipped from the SL  factories. in Spain. Customs duties may apply in certain regions and will ultimately depend on the local customs and tax offices in the recipient’s country.

Sartorial lab will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs charges that the package may incur.


Usually Since each of the orders is produced strictly following the specifications entered, no returns are allowed, Personalized products cannot be returned. But sartorial labs wants you to be happy with your choice there for in case you are not happy with your choice you can return your purchase within a 30 days period. In order to proceed with the return Products must be returned in new condition (no visible wear on the upper or sole of the shoe; no visible wrinkles or grooves on the belts) and with the original packaging.  Including complement as shoe trees, care kit.


SL guarantees that all items are manufactured in accordance with the specifications selected during the creation and Payment of the order. Material variations and minor imperfections may occur and will not be grounds for a return or refund, as all shoes sold by SL are hand finished and made to order for the CLIENT.

Production issues caused by order comments placed at checkout or separate emails will not be grounds for a return or refund.

Fit issues will not be a reason for return or refund.

CLIENTS have the right to return products ONLY in the following circumstances:

Demonstrable manufacturing problem (defective at origin)

ITEM received that does not meet the specifications of the order on file.


BEFORE leaving the factory every Sartorial Lab product is estrictly examinated in our QC

If a defective product is received, the CLIENT will have 10 days from receipt to provide the appropriate evidence through info@sartoriallab.com

will examine the evidence provided to decide if there has been a production problem.

SL will send a return label.  and  SL   will offer the client the  possibility of redoing the item or using the amount paid in a new order as well as refund the total amount of  money payed in the item objet of this controversy.

If any of the above conditions are not meet, SL . reserves the right to reject the return, and not apply any of the above options.


The products on the platform are intended to represent reality as much as possible, both in terms of color and finish. However, products may still appear in different shades depending on the screen or monitor used to access our 3D tool configurator. The product design image on our interface is for display purposes only.

The names and descriptions of the colors seen on our website are intended exclusively for our brand. They do not correspond to other general or universal descriptions used by other sources or brands.

Eventually slight variations in tone or intensity of color may occur in any material due to the inherent consequences of leather dyeing. SL . will not be responsible for any variation of tone in the selected color that appears in the products.
